Context matters
Greetings, tickets, notifications, and moderation responses receive different variable maps. Do not assume a placeholder is supported by every feature.Greeting variables
Welcome and goodbye expose placeholders such as{user}, {user.name}, {user.id}, {user.avatar}, {guild}, {guild.icon}, and {guild.member_count}.
Ticket variables
Tickets expose{ticket.number}, {ticket.author.mention}, option data, and the intake-answer context. Dashboard event logs also receive {ticket.event}.

Run notification to display supported notification placeholders, then match them to the provider and template being configured.Command reference
