# Trap Channels

> Manage trap channels and their configured punishment.

## Configure a trap

Trap commands select channels and their punishment. Review channel visibility and your server rules before enabling enforcement. The reference lists the supported punishment choices.

## Inspect and remove

List displays configured traps. Toggle changes whether enforcement is active. Removing a trap stops treating that channel as a trap; it does not delete the channel.

## Command reference

Examples use the default comma prefix. Required inputs use angle brackets; optional inputs use square brackets. Each command notes whether it is also registered in Discord's slash menu.

    ### trap toggle

    Enable or disable the trap system.

    Add and configure a trap channel.
