# Troubleshooting

> Resolve command, setup, voice, and dashboard problems.

## A command is missing

Only registered commands appear in the slash menu. Try the prefix version, check the current server prefix, and use help for the command.

## A command is denied

Review member permissions, owner-only checks, custom restrictions, bot role position, and channel overwrites.

## A server is missing from the dashboard

Sign in with an account that can manage the server, install the bot, and reconnect if required authorization or support-server membership is missing.

## Voice or lookups fail

External features depend on their providers. Lavalink availability, deleted tracks, private profiles, and unlinked accounts can prevent an action even when ordinary commands work.

## Get support

Share the command, relevant error, and expected result with the support team. Keep passwords, private transfer keys, and tokens out of screenshots.

## Command reference

Examples use the default comma prefix. Required inputs use angle brackets; optional inputs use square brackets. Each command notes whether it is also registered in Discord's slash menu.
