# Image Editing

> Apply effects, create image responses, and inspect media.

## Choose an input

Use a selected user, attachment, or accessible URL as the command specifies. Different effects may accept different kinds of input.

## Effects and transformations

The bot includes blur, sharpening, rotation, color changes, and novelty image responses. The reference lists the parameters exposed by each command.

## Media limits

Supported formats, upload limits, and remote-image availability can affect the result. Animated inputs may use a different processing path from static images.

## Command reference

Examples use the default comma prefix. Required inputs use angle brackets; optional inputs use square brackets. Each command notes whether it is also registered in Discord's slash menu.

    Compress a video for a smaller upload.
